		<description>Yes and no.  The assumption that young men will get out of line is enough to get them pulled over.  If they don&#039;t get ticketed for something, the officer might ask them if they need assistance, if perhaps they are lost?</description>

		<description>Should have protested guys, you cannot be pulled over for a seatbelt violation in WI.  By law, it&#039;s not a primary offense.  You can only get a ticket for not wearing your seatbelt if they have pulled you over for some other primary offense (speeding, unsafe lane change, etc...)</description>
