If the last referendum was so transparent, how come at least two people I know didn’t realize the high schools were to be fully air conditioned?
And why did I never get to photograph the leaking pipe at Central? And why won’t the district release the list of people they e-mailed referendum propaganda to prior to the vote?
Bureaucrats love to pat other bureaucrats’ back sides. If they get to do it in public, then so much the better.
