Just everyday politics, Kathryn. Clinton has to still raise some cash to pay of campaign debts, plus it gives her some leverage to get her planks and maybe a position in his administration.
Despite what some conservatives, the host of this blog excluded (I hope), would have you believe, this is just normal politics. It has happened before in both parties, and it will happen again.
I want BO to pick Hillary as VP. I can picture a meeting with Bill hanging around. Bill says “Just go ahead and don’t mind me. I’ll just stand over here in the corner and pour myself a cup of coffee. Anybody else want some ?”
Capper, do you mean it has happened before that the next to last standing did not concede to the winner? Not trying to be prickly, but I don’t recall seeing this before. It just seems like good form…even Al Gore conceded graciously, and he thought he had been robbed.
She has a big chunk of the delegates, what other leverage does she need?

That’s what I was thinking too, but the concession never came. What’s up with that?

In fact, there are rumors that Obama will make transfers to true up Hillary’s personal debt to her campaign.
You know, what would suck so much about retiring with tens of millions in a few accounts?
