		<description>Not sure any specific guideline may have triggered the call, it may be the 50 miles.  If you assume that a number of these officers, especially those on third shift, are cruising through neighborhoods and business districts looking for anything out of the ordinary, that&#039;s a low threshold to hit.  Heck, if you are traveling 25 MPH, that&#039;s only 2 hours out of 8 and you are are done.  Granted they stop, take breaks, make traffic stops, etc..., but it still seems low to me.</description>
