The Obamas portrayed on the cover of The New Yorker

Frankly, I can see why they are upset.

This cover shows, according to the magazine, all of the perspectives that are being thrust on Obama. But I can see where Obama might argue that this cover caricaturizing both Barack and Michelle enforces those rumors.

You’ll find things there that we’ve talked about over the last few months. Particularly interesting to me is how his political game in Chicago is foreshadowing his POTUS campaign.

Also, notice that Jesse Jackson’s daughter is godmother to the Obama’s daughters!
