Farmer’s market – today’s take

Corn, zucchini, onions, cilantro, tiny yukon gold potatoes, green beans, one small melon. I deliberated on much more, but once I leave this week, my family will forget that vegetables exist, so I didn’t want to overstock. (I have loads of basil and tomatoes, so I didn’t need to buy them.)

Dinner? Tough decision. The oldest is home tonight since we’re still shuffling furniture for two new college apartments. I’m thinking fajitas with a corn/black bean salad and fresh pico de gallo. That’s subject to change.
