Fairly Conservative

The Business Journal is reporting the retail will be developed by Outlook Development Group. VK Development (Anyone confused about who’s running this show? I thought AVS Development is seeking the approval from the plan commission.) is saying that Outlook “demonstrated an aggressiveness” other companies have not in securing the deal.

Be sure to read the bottom of the article where Outlook Development’s “aggressive” development history is listed. This is more than double any other effort they’ve made in the past.

And Brookfield, don’t forget that another company in this money game is Capstone Quadrangle Development – aka Mike Faber, a recent plan commissioner under both Kate Bloomberg AND Jeff Speaker. Development is definitely an insider’s game in our community.
