What a mess this is going to be regardless of the Court’s decision. Everybody loses here because all will think their vote has been disen-franchised.

Is it worth pointing out that she’s a Demoncrat?

Amazing…an appeal instead of getting the messsage. One can only wonder her aversion to keeping the counties in the loop.

This woman, Jennifer Brunner, the Ohio Secretary, was on Fox last night and said she had no evidence of wrongdoing. Her office sent the following email to Fox after the interview:

Subject: Comments on Interview with Secretary Brunner today
Justin,
I wanted to voice my serious concerns with you as to the way the interview played out today for Secretary Brunner.
Over the past week, a reporter purporting to be with palestra.net has made three demands for an unscheduled on-camera interview with the Secretary. The first demand was made on the day absentee voting began in Ohio and the second was made later that week. In both cases the Secretary was meeting with boards of elections in other parts of Ohio and the reporter refused staff’s offer to provide a representative of the office for the interview. Yesterday, the reporter appeared in the lobby of the building housing the secretary of state’s office and demanded an immediate on-camera interview with the Secretary, who was meeting with board of elections in Cleveland. We asked her to call our office and schedule an interview.
Today, we made the CEO of palestra.net aware of the concerns, offering to provide a representative of the office for a fair and balanced interview.
Rather than accepting that offer, the CEO of palestra.net obviously provided questions to Greta Von Susteren for an on-camera interview of the Secretary on the Fox News Network. It now appears that Fox News is making this an issue when the Secretary explicitly stated she had no knowledge of palestra.net or the circumstances about which she was questioned.
Ohioans and the nation deserve better during this crucial election year. We will continue to actively engage in a responsible discussion of election administration in Ohio. We do not believe a successful election in Ohio is achieved with unprofessional behavior on the part of anyone purporting to be a journalist or supporting the exploitation of journalism, whether for partisan or private purposes.

Wanta make your day-watch this. Apparently Sec. Brunner hasn’t. If you have high blood pressure as I do, please take your pills first. The person doing the interview is with Palestra, mentioned above.
