Yes, good point, Randy. I assumed a US parent would mean he was a natural-born citizen if a citizen at all; not necessarily so. You can probably guess the other assumptions I’m making about this question…..:-)

The Berg lawsuit is in Federal District Court. The law that applies is Federal law, not PA law.
If you read through the list of pleadings that have been filed, you will see that the judge has only issued one order so far and that was to deny the motion of the defense (B O, et al) to dismiss the case.
This means that the judge believes the case has merit.

Just thought you would like to know that today Rush thought something was up with Obama’s trip to Hawaii too. (I thought, Cindy said that days ago!) He couldn’t put a finger on the reason, but did mention it might have something to do with Obama’s birth certificate. Who says running errands with the car radio on can’t be entertaining!

Seems to me the US government has already determined that Obama is a citizen in order to issue the passport he’s been using, and it doesn’t matter what the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania says about it.
