It’s difficult to discern exactly where the cut off will be for Obama’s taxing policies these days. Their campaign says one thing, then staff rushes in to “clarify” another. The only thing we know for certain is that the overall goal will be to redistribute American’s wealth even more than our already very progressive system allows. Dare to be successful in America and you get to adopt a couple of families that won’t bother to work with the compliments of your national government.
But, whatever happened to that aggressive energy plan Obama had in place? Well folks, it’s still there. Though oil prices are half of when Obama laid out his plan, he still shows he will tax oil profits and send $1,000 home to America’s families. Remember, that’s in addition to the other handouts he’s promising.
Except those profits will in no way cover the cost of cutting all those checks.
Oh, I know Senator Obama wants to coast to the finish line. But refusing to change this proposed energy policy is proof he isn’t able to multi-task. He’s let this fall into the cracks hoping no one will notice.
Someone noticed.

For an average family the real, actual savings since gas prices have fallen is about $1500 per year. This is just for pumped gas and does not include the auxilary benefits from the many other products affected.
Thank you President Bush.
