Did a Brookfield police detective violate a corporation’s rights?

A reader e-mailed this from the January 13th MJS:

The two detectives, David Malik of the Franklin Police Department and Ronald La Gosh of the Brookfield Police Department, were named as defendants in Sensient’s lawsuit. While their departments were not named, the chiefs from both departments said their respective city attorneys would review the lawsuit, filed last week in Milwaukee County Circuit Court.

Here’s the link from WCCA. It doesn’t look like either municipality has been named as a party to the suit yet.

  1. Your link to the court record is dead.

  2. Thanks. I’ll try to fix it, but if that doesn’t work I’ll have to take it off.
