13. Do you have a child who attends another Elmbrook school?*
Your response to this question will determine your ability to evaluate another school (yes) or to submit this survey as complete (no).
Yes No

Dang! They left my blog out of the responses for No. 14 in the first set.

I think I have a problem with questions 1-5 of the second set. (You aren’t allowed to submit the survey unless you have answered them.) Let’s just narrow down who you are! I put in wrong responses for them all.

Otherwise, it looks like they actually asked real questions for a change, not questions to support a prescribed policy like they have been known to ask in the past.

Comments

  1. Yet again another contrived “survey” with no space to tell them what you REALLY think.

  2. You know, woman, now that you’re well, you need to think about running against Ziegler for the open seat next April. I know a few people that might help you out.

  3. Hmmm…looks like I will have some extra time on my hands next year. The youngest will have to go to full-day Kindergarten, since there will be no half-day option. It appears I was the only mother in Brookfield to request half-day K5. Sigh.

  4. What a wonderful coincidence. I’ll keep hounding you. Signatures next December. 🙂

  5. Whatever says:

I’m not understanding the issue with questions 1-5 in the second set. I don’t think they are trying to narrow down who “you” are but more likely trying to narrow down specific aspects of each school.

  6. A lot of the Head Admin have resigned lately, likely Marty D-Amato and 1 or 2 others, jumping ship I heard.

    Dave

  7. A Vice Principal has resigned, taking a Middle School Principal position in a(n) (other) …(better) district. This is a major loss to the children of Elmbrook, but the district administration did not deserve to keep such a professional V.P.

I have heard that an Elmbrook staff member is on paid leave for physically striking (multiple times) a special needs child a couple weeks ago, while the state legislature works on new laws preventing SECLUSION and ISOLATION rooms, like the ones Elmbrook has in their schools. New and improved, without the doors locking from the outside, trapping the student (teacher and aids) into the room with no way to escape.

Also, we see an antibullying bill coming, but as a state senator said, what happened at PPMS was way beyond bullying.

As your administrators would do and say, What happens at PPMS, stays at PPMS.

In regard to them trying to find out who you are, don’t you think they are grabbing IP addresses, etc. If they don’t like your answers, what makes you think they will use your responses or add a multitude of bogus positive responses?
