North Korea fulfills the Biden challenge

Remember this? It looks like North Korea is working hard to fulfill the challenge.

The line that made me snort from that article:

Stephen Bosworth, the U.S. special envoy to North Korea insisted that the U.S. was leaving the door open for dialogue despite the fact that Pyongyang said it was useless to talk to the Obama administration because its “hostile policy” left it no choice but to bolster its nuclear deterrent.

What? No Kumbaya for Kim Jong II? Surely BO didn’t mean it.

I was about to say it’s not your mother’s foreign policy, but then she grew up with this, so I’d say sadly it just may return to that after all.

  1. Sean Hackbarth had the same thought. Pretty obvious, but, oh, boy, here we go.
