Playing with the new Web site

Ok, while I’m goofing around with the new site, why don’t you tell me what you physically didn’t like about this one. I know load times were a problem sometimes, so I’m planning on switching hosting plans.

Anything else?

  1. I actually liked this site. Clean, easy to read not cluttered. Logically laid out. Professional looking.

Go look at TMJ4 website and then don’t do that – it’s a mess and you can’t find anything they send you there to look for. MJS stupidity in their website too.

  2. Oh, Wilson828, you realize you’ll have to e-mail me a couple of times a week, don’t you? Maybe you can just keep up at when I start there full time…

  3. nodding….. okay….

    (sigh) …

I don’t like change you know. This is gonna be hard.

You’ll have to let me know when you come to Door County too.

  4. Well, I’m inviting myself over when I do that travel write-up! (Just kidding actually I have a couple of places to stay, but we’ll definitely have to do a restaurant or two, and I can interview you!)

Since you have referred to Door County before, I finally looked it up. You’re surrounded by water! Looks like a neat place to live or vacation. One site said the name came from an old French name meaning ‘Death’s Door’. Do you get lots of lake effect snow there ?

  6. Yes Randy we do. It’s a wonderful place to go … come join Cindy and me. We can all sit on the deck drink wine and laugh the night away.

A belated entry. I have grown to dislike/hate the placement of the Share/Save Icon on each post because my cursor constantly finds it and gets the much unwanted popup. Maybe since I don’t use any of those whatevers adds to my discomfort level. And before anyone can say it, yes I know there are only a couple of weeks to go. There, I feel better.

  8. I have to agree.

  9. Oh man, I love it! I get plenty of hits from people sharing posts on their Facebook sites. It’s going to have to stay.
