Joe Bite-Me in town to raise funds for Feingold

That’s his new name, and I won’t apologize for using it.

Anyway, SE Wisconsin has become the center of the national political universe. Bite-me’s in town today; the President is expected next week.

Are we lucky or what?

(And rats. I just remembered I was supposed to do something about Feingold’s pot of gold, as in his campaign account. Better put that back on the list.)

So what’s the deal, Bite-Me, then Obama… Dem polls showing Feingold losing his mojo and Ron Johnson starting to scare them? Having the two of them here, 20 weeks out from the election is probably unprecedented in a WI senate election.

  2. Oh, bdad, I missed these discussions. Now where is Randy in Richmond?

You’re right. It really feels unusual. I know I need to do the research, but it would really surprise me if Feingold actually needed the money.

Here’s what I don’t understand: The President and his entourage don’t exactly have a strong track record when it comes to campaigning for others. What, they want Feingold to go down?

Lefty bloggers have been beside themselves the last week trying to rain on Johnson’s parade. They didn’t even start with the facts, they went straight to the whiny desperation posts.
