I wonder if Russ Feingold ever had an FHA home loan

Russ Feingold’s latest advert tries to paint Ron Johnson as someone who’s done taxpayers wrong.

The MJS covers the details a bit.

Using the government industrial designation, from what I understand, is a bit like using the government’s FHA loan program for a house. The tool exists, but you have to be viable and jump through a few hoops for it to work for you.

Here’s an explanation from Albuquerque. I bet this was quite similar.

I know, a few of you will argue Johnson shouldn’t have used the tool, but that’s not going to make sense to me. It’s a little like saying I can’t buy a ticket and ride the train if a stop ends up in Brookfield.

Smart business people use all the tools in the toolbox.
