Sexting DA says it’s a non-news story

Unbelievable! The story is a Chilton, Wisconsin DA, married, who sent more than 30 texts to the ex-girlfriend of the man he was prosecuting.

Kenneth Kratz is a slimebag.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation said it wasn’t problem. A criminal investigator didn’t think a crime had been committed. What about harassment or the new cyberbullying laws? It sure sounds like someone didn’t try very hard.

There are absolutely horrible individuals out there. I sure hope he gets what he deserves.

  1. “I’m serious! I’m the atty. I have the $350,000 house. I have the 6-figure career. You may be the tall, young, hot nymph, but I am the prize!” he texted.

    Very creepy.

He’s up for re-election in 2012. “I am the prize” would be the perfect campaign slogan.

  2. That story really got to me. Heck I think I’d move up there to toss his rump.

  3. This from postcrescent.com :
Kratz, a Republican, has held the position since 1992. Doyle is a Democrat; Van Hollen is a Republican.

What, is it something in the water? Or the jeans?
