   Yep.

   I have a girlfriend who is upset because it’s delaying the law and letting unions make contract deals with their local governments across the state. I reminded her those governments doing so are 1) likely left leaning anyway, and 2) not going to be able to fund their promises without big tax increases. If the local government leaders want to saddle their communities with huge bills, so be it, but the rest of us are content until temporary moves to the back and permanent relief moves forward.
