Should clarify: SupCo will decide WHETHER to take the case based on briefs, June 6 hearing. They HAVE NOT accepted open mtgs case.

Not to be nitpicky but is the case about the actual law or the lack of “proper” notification ?

Oops, Reporter just clarified her tweet. The court is going to decide whether to hear the case-not the case itself. Quite the slipup by the reporter.

  2. My understanding is that it is about the lack of proper notification for a committee meeting leading up to the vote.

Just for kicks I predict they will not take the case based on what I have read on this site. Technically it could have been a hearing about the speed limit on some road–the content of the meeting should have no bearing on the Court.
