Mission Accomplished

As a follow-up to my post in January I would like to think my encouragement played a part in President Obama’s relieving Carol Browner as Director of the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change. After months and months of continued snow storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and drought that continued after her appointment to the new post in January of 2009, the President relieved her and abolished the position altogether.

But alas, I know the President didn’t really listen to me but came to the recognition of the total failure of the new position and quietly abolished it in advance of 2012.
