  1. “his nomination”? I like Herman and I think there’s a lot of very high level positions that he would do very well at. But he is a walking gaffe machine who can’t defend his positions (especially 9-9-9) at anything more than a soundbite level. His chances at the nomination are only slightly better than yours.

  2. A common conservative position that I have observed recently that seems rather puzzling:

    Mitt Romney changed his position on abortion once, over 10 years ago. Mitt is a spineless flip-flopper.

    Herman Cain changed his position on abortion four times last week. Herman is a true conservative.
