I’m checking into information that land from Elmbrook’s Swanson school may be needed for the new plans for Percheron Square. The developer pulled the application a few weeks ago saying there was new interest. I’ve got requests into the school district and city hall for records. We all know that often triggers a story by a real reporter, so maybe we’ll have news soon.

If VK is going after Swanson again, we need to remind him of the vote on the “Swanson Swap” a few years ago. I wish the Elmbrook School Board would make it clear that school property is not available for development. Isn’t anything sacred to these people?
