It looks like there’s a heavy preference for Brookfield news. I’ll think about reinstating Brookfield City News as a stand alone. I have one other project I’m looking to start at the end of August, too.

Speaking of Brookfield news, I ran into Mayor Jeff Speaker tonight at the Barker and North intersection meeting. (Did you know he’s shaving his head now? I honestly didn’t recognize him.) Alderman Steve Ponto was there as well as Jim Heinrich and Pat Haukohl who are county supervisors. MJS reporter Lisa Sink was also present, which means we could be getting real news on the project soon.
