It’s big news if it’s true.
Update - the money was put in over the last month in three different installments. There was about $10 million that came in after the Pennsylvania primary at the end of April. There’s debate trickling in that the cash flow problem confirms there is trouble with her campaign.

I would note that the Clinton campaign claimed they raised 10 million after the PA primary. We have not seen numbers that support that yet.
