The New Orleans Times-Picayunes is reporting he’s in police custody. It also says he gave a videotaped confession to Wisconsin authorities.

Read the comments on the article and notice how many of them are critical of the police for catching this guy. What the heck is wrong with so many people these days?

I haven’t found a way to track the Louisiana system like we could in Wisconsin. Short answer? I don’t know.
