Well, Brooke was voted off the island. (Ok, so maybe I mixed reality shows up a bit…) Uncle Hadley was the one to the right of Neil as you looked at the TV - the same side the girls were on. And, the oldest called to say he and the band have landed their first paying gig.

I’m surprised that you didn’t mention Paula’s gaffe at reading notes for a song that hadn’t been sung. Bloggers are reporting that she was drinking and staggering at lunch. The suspicion is also that since she is often up pretending to dance during the perfomances, when does she find the time to write the copious notes she apparently had. They are guessing that the judges are observing the rehearsals and writing their notes from that. Certainly Paula’s gaffe revealed something odd about the show’s judging.
I didn’t care for Brooke and couldn’t believe it when Kelly was eliminated rather that her. Kelly had it all, while Kelly seems rather odd. Way too much crying every performance, and I didn’t like her smart alecky responses to criticisms. Why Syesha ends up at the bottom so often is beyond me. She’s a fantastic singer. I guess there aren’t enough people of color voting. Castro needs to go next!
