Oh, please. Brett Favre is going to end up with the most resurrections in human history. Of course, when this surfaced last April it was shot down. I guess we’re on Favre watch again.

With his family “tugging” on him to play, Brett Favre has an “itch” to come out of retirement and report to training camp with the Green Bay Packers later this month, according to sources close to the team and player.

I hope he stays retired! He was terrible in 2006/7
and he was controlled by McCarthy in 2007/8 so that he was much better, but he’s no longer one of the best and it’s time to let Rodgers have his day. If Favre wants to play, make some other team pay dearly for him. He WAS wonderful for the Pack, but time has moved on.
